Hurrell was up 3-0 but threw away his lead as the Polish 21-year-old fought back to secure a shock first-round victory.
There were bizarre scenes at the end of the match after Bialecki checked out from 86 to win it.
Hurrell immediately marched over to the referee and shook his hand as his rival stood waiting to go next.
But the man nicknamed Hillbilly strangely rejected his handshake and angrily pointed at him.
He appeared to say something to Bialecki before storming away from the oche.
The incident left commentator Dan Dawson stunned as he reacted: “Hurrell is annoyed for reasons I have absolutely no clue about.
“Bialecki has done nothing wrong there apart from the fact he has punished mistakes from Hurrell.”
Fans also slammed him, with one saying: “What a massive sore loser.”
