Albany man charged for alleged gun, drug possession
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- A 41-year-old Albany man was arrested Saturday after reports of a fight with a gun at Waterworks Pub. According to the Albany Police Department, Bakeim McCall, faces multiple charges stemming from the incident.
According to police, officers responded to Waterworks, 76 Central Avenue, around 2:30 a.m. for reports of a fight in which the suspect, McCall, threatened another person with a gun. When officers arrived, they located McCall and reported finding a loaded .22 revolver and ecstasy.
Officers arrested McCall and charged him with the following:
- Criminal Possession of a weapon in the second-degree
- Menacing in the second-degree
- Two counts of Criminal Possession of a weapon in the third-degree
- Criminal Possession of a controlled substance in the seventh-degree
According to officers, there were no reported injuries during the fight.
McCall was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court Saturday morning. He was then remanded to the Albany County Jail.
