Carrie Underwood Gets Emotional as She Ends 'Reflection' Las Vegas Residency
Carrie Underwood‘s time in Las Vegas has come to a close.
On Saturday night (April 12), the 42-year-old “Before He Cheats” singer concluded her Reflection residency at Resorts World Theatre in Las Vegas after nearly three years.
During her 90-minute final show, Carrie got emotional as she marked the end of the residency.
Keep reading to find out more…“We are extremely blessed to be able to be on this stage,” Carrie said, referring to herself and her backup band, according to People.
“There are so many turns of events I know in my life, and I’m sure in these guys’ lives, that only God could have opened those doors and got me to the next place,” the country music singer continued. “It’s been really incredible to be on that roller coaster ride, and definitely recognize that it’s all Him and just all blessings.”
The American Idol judge added, “It has been an absolute honor to get to be on this stage. From all of us, we are so blessed. I’m gonna be reflecting on all that we’ve done here with you guys.”
“Thank you again for coming to Reflection,” Carrie said while getting emotional. “It has been an honor and a privilege, and a pleasure and a blessing to get to be in this stage.”
Carrie performed 72 shows since opening her residency in December 21.
