Paulina Porizkova Celebrates Turning the Big 6-0 & Reveals Her Biggest Goals for the 'New Decade'

Paulina Porizkova is in celebration mode!

On April 9, the Czech supermodel was ready to party and celebrate her 60th birthday. After all, you only turn the big 6-0 once, right?

On Instagram, Porizkova shared her first birthday shoutout with a mirror pic of her glowing in a bright blue bikini and wide-brimmed hat with Lizzo’s song “Birthday Girl” as the soundtrack. “Reached level 60 today!” she wrote in the caption. “Grateful, inspired, full of joy and waaaay too busy enjoying it all to post more – for now.”

She also thanked her fans for all the support. “And THANK ALL OF YOU FOR THE BEST WISHES – I APPRECIATE THEM AND YOU SO MUCH!” she wrote. “Back next week to share all the fun- but for now, I’m living it.” As she should!

In the comment section, a few familiar faces gave her some birthday wishes. “60? Why you’re still a Spring Chicken!” fellow former model Christie Brinkley wrote. “And the most beautiful one at that! Hope this Birthday is your best year yet!”

“Happy birthday, incredible and gorgeous and funny and adored you,” actress Selma Blair commented next to a string of emojis. “I love you.” Model Helena Christensen also shared the love. “Happy birthday, bright-eyed girl ????❣️????,” she wrote, referring to Porizkova’s bright blue eyes.

In the second birthday post, Porizkova shared a behind-the-scenes video of her getting ready for her birthday celebration. “I am in beautiful Paris getting ready for the birthday party,” she says in full glam with a white robe on. “I think I deserve quite a celebration.”

In one moment of hers, in selfie mode, she says, “You look good!”

“How I’m celebrating turning 60 is my boyfriend jumping out of a cake,” Porizkova then says to the camera. Her boyfriend, writer Jeff Greenstein, then reacts in the bathroom. “What?” he says, to which Porizkova laughs and gives him a kiss.

“‘Carpe Diem,’ as my childhood crush Julius Ceaser said,” she continues in the voice-over. “My goals in this new decade: doing things again with the man I love.” How adorable is that?

“If you get to age, it means you get to live,” she reflected. “You have something to look forward to.”

In the comment section, followers are not only sending birthday wishes, but they’re also praising her ever-so-positive outlook on getting older. “60 looks beautiful on you!” one user wrote. “Your enthusiasm makes me feel more appreciative of living life now in my sixties.
