Albany Water crews working emergency shut off
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Albany Water Department issued an emergency water shut off Monday night for part of the city.
Water was shut off on Rutland and McAlpin Streets. Crews are on the scene.
They advise those traveling through the area use caution.
