Tracee Ellis Ross Slips Into Bottega Veneta V-Cut Pumps To Talk ‘Black Mirror’ on ‘Good Morning America’
Tracee Ellis Ross showed off a vibrant look on “Good Morning America” on Monday. The actress stopped by the morning talk show to promote her upcoming episode of “Black Mirror” Season Seven, which co-stars Rashida Jones. Ross and Jones both sat down on the show to talk about their roles in the popular sci-fi anthology series.
The “Girlfriends” alum donned a colorful burnt orange top and skirt that looked so seamless that at first glance, one might think it was a dress. While the sleeveless top featured a high neck and pronounced shoulders, her skirt draped elegantly just past her knees.
The matching set appeared to be made out of supple leather that offered an eye-catching sheen. She accessorized with chunky gold hoop earrings and a brown suede clutch bag featuring a front flap adorned with a unique gold and black detail.
As for shoes, the former “Black-ish” star wore sleek brown pumps with a chocolate leather finish. The style boasted a closed square toe that gave way to a high, V-shaped vamp, and was finished off with a curvy block heel measuring close to 4 inches.
Ross opted for Bottega Veneta’s “Canalazzo” V-cut pump, which also features a subtly texturized rubber sole. The heels are currently available to shop online with a price tag of $1,150 on the Italian luxury brand’s website. The curved-heel “Canalazzo” silhouette also comes in a kitten heel version, a boot iteration, and Bottega Veneta’s signature padded intreccio woven leather.
Bottega Veneta was founded in Vicenza, Italy in 1966 by Michele Taddei and Renzo Zengiaro. The brand quickly became known for its premium leather handbags and accessories. The Kering-owned brand was formerly helmed by English fashion designer Daniel Lee from 2018 until 2021, and is now run by French-Belgian designer Matthieu Blazy.
Both creative directors have helped cement Bottega Veneta as one of the most popular luxury brands around today. Celebrities like Rihanna, Julianne Moore, and Kirsten Dunst flock to the front row to take in the latest from the label each season.
Tracee Ellis Ross is known to be a fan of Bottega Veneta and attended the brand’s store opening in the trendy upscale Soho neighborhood of New York City in 2021.
