Nike has made a big splash into the recovery department with its ReactX Rejuven8 clog, which has sold through a number of colorways and sizes since making its debut at the beginning at March. Those looking to try a pair out or add to their collection are in luck, as three new colorways are on the way in April.
The Nike ReactX Rejuven8 will release later this month in new “Dusty Cactus/Persian Violet,” “Khaki” and “Black/Volt” treatments. The former edition is one of the most dynamic yet for the foam clog, as an aqua blue fades into navy as the upper transitions to the midsole. A burst of color comes to the black pair with its “Volt” green Swoosh, and the “Khaki” variant then maintains its namesake color throughout the entire shoe.
Made from the same foam used in running shoes including the Vomero 18 and Pegasus 41, the ReactX Rejuven8 has been Nike’s most successful entry into the foam clog department. Crocs, the progenitor of the field, even took shots at the Beaverton giant by posting an Instagram story saying it was living “rent free” in the head of Nike because of the emergence of the ReactX Rejuven8.
Nike will expand its ReactX Rejuven8 line with a slide variant that’ll debut simultaneously with the release of the clog’s three new colorways.
A sticky rubber outsole adds grip to the slip-on model, which is molded with extra room at the forefoot to accommodate a wider range of foot sizes.
The Nike ReactX Rejuven8 “Dusty Cactus/Persian Violet,” “Khaki” and “Black/Volt” will release April 23 through Nike’s website and select third-party retailers. Pricing is set at $70.
