Inside Towie star James Argent’s incredible north London mansion with epic cinema room and huge garden
JAMES ‘Arg’ Argent has rented out his sprawling north London mansion for more than £4,000 a month.
The Towie star, 37, has moved out of the detached five-bedroom property but has decided to keep hold of it.
Instead of listing it for sale, Arg has found himself some tenants thanks to local letting agent Madison Fox.
Fans can now get a sneak peek at Arg’s stunning home, which he bought for £1.3million, thanks to the agent’s marketing photographs.
The pretty red brick house, which is located in Woodford Green, has been tastefully decorated and is spread over three floors.
It has five bedrooms and a stunning country-style kitchen that has been described by the agent “charming” with “modern amenities and an ambiance that seamlessly blends functionality with aesthetic appeal”.
The bathrooms in the house are quirky yet stylish, with one decorated with grey tiles and baby pink curtains and furniture.
Arg’s house also has two lounges, although one has been transformed into a plush cinema room.
With bright red giant sofas, matching carpet and surround sound speakers, the room has been painted dark blue and has a huge flat-screen telly on the wall.
Four big bedrooms are on the first floor, with a fifth master suite with fitted wardrobes and its own bathroom on the top floor.
Out the back, there is a large garden – complete with hot tub – and plenty of space for entertaining.
There is also a decent sized outbuilding, which Arg currently uses as a gym after kitting it out with fitness equipment.
The front of his property boasts a large driveway with parking for four cars and an attached garage.
Arg’s house has now been let to new tenants after he listed it with an asking price of £4,250-a-month.
The reality star-turned-jazz singer bought his London mansion for £1.3million in October 2019.
It is located right next door to his parents and, at the time, was located a short distance away from his long-term pal and former Towie co-star Mark Wright.
Arg was also enjoying a close relationship with Gemma Collins when he bought it and he had hoped the purchase would impress her.
An insider said: “Arg is determined to sort himself out and grow up and he is hoping that buying this home will be the perfect way to prove himself.
“With five bedrooms, it would work as a proper family home and he is even getting it renovated before he moves in.”
However, Gemma later reconciled with her ex fiancé Rami Hawash and Arg embarked on his own personal journey to health, wellness and happiness.
After working hard to kick a seven-year booze and drug addiction, he has dramatically slimmed down and met someone new.
Arg is currently dating stunning model Nicoline Artursson and he enjoyed a romantic holiday with her earlier this year.
He has also turned his finances around and raked in a six-figure pay cheque just three years after having “zero cash”.
