Lindsay Lohan Honored with Vanguard Award at CinemaCon 2025!
Lindsay Lohan is being honored at CinemaCon 2025!
The 38-year-old actress was honored with the Vanguard Award during the Big Screen Achievement Awards during closing night of the movie convention on Thursday (April 3) held at Omnia Nightclub at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
“Thank you so much for this award. It means more than you know to me,” Lindsay said in her acceptance speech, via People. “I have grown up in this industry, and I’m so proud to still be doing what I love. There’s nothing like the magic of cinema.”
Keep reading to find out more…She then on to recall seeing herself act on the big screen for “the first time” in 1998′s The Parent Trap when she was 12-years-old, saying, “It was so surreal, but I felt right at home.”
Lindsay also shared with thanks to Disney for “always” believing in her, to her husband Bader Shammas “for his constant support and continuously encouraging me, and to her fans for their “lifetime love.”
“Thank you CinemaCon for believing in me,” she concluded.
Other stars that were also nominated during the ceremony included Glen Powell, Channing Tatum, Ana de Armas, Mark Hamill, Madeleine McGraw, Ben Wang, David Jonsson, Cheech Marin, and Tommy Chong.
