Tourist kills two in Eastern Afghanistan’s Kunar after dispute
The police in Kunar province have reported that a foreign tourist shot and killed two individuals in the Shigal district following a verbal altercation between two young men.
According to Kunar police, the incident occurred when a verbal argument broke out between two locals. The foreign tourist, who was a witness to the dispute, intervened in an attempt to mediate but instead resorted to gunfire, resulting in the deaths of the two men.

Recently, the Kunar Department of Information and Culture reported that nearly 100,000 tourists visited the province during the days and nights of Eid al-Fitr, exploring various parts of the province.
