Rodney Atkins to replace LOCASH in 'Concert in the Catskills'
CATSKILL, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Country music singer-songwriter Rodney Atkins is a new headliner for the Concert in the Catskills. According to event organizers, Atkins will replace LOCASH due to a scheduling conflict.
Rodney Atkins has over 14 million records sold, multiple number one hits and has currently five studio albums. He is best known for songs like "Watching You," "Cleaning This Gun," "These Are My People," and "Take a Back Road."
In February, the third annual concert was announced, featuring LOCASH and Kylie Morgan. However, since then, LOCASH, a country duo, had to back out.
Previous performers include Jackson Dean, Alana Springsteen, Michael Ray, and Saugerties native Ian Flanigan.
Tickets are currently on sale for $40 for general admission, $65 for pit and $90 for VIP. Those who already purchased tickets expecting LOCASH, are eligible for a refund.
The event is set for the Historic Catskill Point, 1 Main Street, on June 14 at 8 p.m. To purchase tickets, visit the Concert in the Catskill's website.
