TV Line reports we’ll be introduced to Military Police investigator Lara Macy! If you don’t know the lore, the character first appeared on NCIS back in season 6 in a series of episodes that served as a backdoor pilot for NCIS: Los Angeles.
Louise Lombard portrayed Lara Macy in those episodes. When NCIS: LA was ordered to series, Lara Macy got replaced with a new character, Operations Manager Henrietta “Hetty” Lange, played by Linda Hunt.
Actress Claire Berger will take on the role of Lara Macy in Origins‘ finale. She’s an “ambitious investigator with sharp instincts and a relentless drive for justice. She is hoping to advance her career and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, especially in a male-dominated world.”
If you didn’t see, CBS canceled 4 TV shows this year!
