Live updates: GOP battle over Luna proxy voting plan heats up; all eyes on special elections
The battle among House Republicans over whether to allow proxy voting for new parents is set to come to a head on Tuesday.
A Rules Committee meeting Tuesday morning will reveal whether GOP leaders intend to play hardball in trying to defeat the proposal being pushed by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.).
