Columbia-Greene Humane Society launches online pharmacy

HUDSON, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- The Columbia-Greene Humane Society has launched an online pharmacy through VetSource. According to the organization, the program will allow pet owners to place an order and receive the medication right at your door.
"We know that busy schedules and transportation challenges can make it hard to pick up your pet’s medication, but now you can ensure your pet never misses a dose," the Humane Society said.
According to the organization, clients can browse through products, check out and the humane society will contact a veterinarian for prescription approvals and ship it to your door. Pet owners can search for medications, prevention medicines and more.
The online pharmacy will also give out discount codes for the customers. New customers can say 35% on the first order.
Clients can sign up for the service for free by going to the Humane Society's website. Current veterinary clients at the Humane Society will have an account set up for them.
