Bakery chain opens new location in Wilton
WILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Nothing Bundt Cakes has opened a new location in the Capital Region. The bakery opened on March 24 at 6 Lowes Drive in Wilton, but has a Saratoga Springs address.
The Wilton location is owned by Colonie native and Saratoga County resident Melissa Gleason, who also owns Nothing Bundt Cakes in Colonie and Clifton Park. The bakery chain specializes in bundt cakes of various sizes and flavors.
“From birthday dinners and concerts to races at the track, it's a place we associate with some of
our best family memories," said Gleason. "I even met my husband in Saratoga, and we’re excited to give a bit of celebration back to a place that hosted so many of ours."
Nothing Bundt Cakes in Wilton is celebrating its grand opening from April 7 to 12 with several events.
- The bakery will be having Community Appreciation Days from April 7 to 10 with the following getting at 20% discount: First responders and military on Monday, healthcare workers on Tuesday, city employees on Wednesday, and teachers and school staff on Thursday.
- April 11 will be the ribbon cutting at 10 a.m. with the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce. It'll also be AIM Services Benefit Day with 20% of sales that day being donated to the organization.
- The first 50 customers on April 12 will get Free Bundtlets for a Year, which is valid for one bundtlet per month for 12 months. There will also be a wheel to spin to win prizes.
Nothing Bundt Cake flavors include Vanilla, Churro, Cookies & Cream, Snickerdoodle, Confetti, Carrot, Red Velvet, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Raspberry, Lemon, and Strawberries & Cream. The Wilton location is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
