Two accused of burglarizing Pottawatomie County marijuana grow
SHAWNEE, Okla. (KFOR) - According to the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office, two people have been indicted for burglarizing a marijuana grow in Shawnee.
Officials say a Multi-County Grand Jury has indicted 21-year-old Zion Edwards and 19-year-old Emmanuel Turner, who now face multiple felony counts for breaking into the grow and stealing processed marijuana.

Edwards and Turner allegedly stole more than 25 pounds of marijuana before running away. Edwards is also accused of eluding a county sheriff peace officer when he did not stop as directed near Hazel Dell Rd. and U.S. Highway 177 in Pottawatomie County.
“We are committed to apprehending dangerous criminals, driving bad actors out of Oklahoma and enhancing public safety,” said Attorney General Gentner Drummond.
Officials say both men are charged with conspiracy to commit burglary in the second degree, second degree burglary and trafficking a controlled dangerous substance. Turner is also charged with using a firearm in the commission of a felony and Edwards is also charged with endangering others with eluding a peace officer.
According to the A.G.'s Office, those indicted are presumed innocent unless and until convicted in a court of law.
