Muni Long Picks Black Le Silla Shoe with Gold Petal Heel for 2025 Billboard Women in Music Awards
Muni Long chose black and gold as her theme for Billboard Women in Music Awards. The singer and songwriter was one of the many women invited to the event. The ceremony was hosted by Laverne Cox.
Long wore all black and gold for her look. She wore a black dress from Schiaparelli. The ruched cress was held up with a gold chain neckline. In addition, the train of the dress attached to a gold chain bracelet. She also wore two large earrings in the shape of linked chains.
To match the dress, Long wore a pair of black and gold heels. The shoes are a pump style from Le Silla. In particular, the design is called the Anthea. The upper is largely made of suede with a goat skin lining and calf leather sole. That sole includes a branded sole. The footwear also includes a pointed-toe.
The gold comes in not only on the sole branding but also in the metallic heel. The stiletto heel measures almost six inches. In addition, the gold curls up around the heel of the foot in the shape of a flower. Le Silla sells the Anthea for $1,490.
The Anthea was released to celebrate 30 years of Le Silla. It was a progression of the company’s Petalo pump which has a similar design conceit. Distinguishes differences include a drip along the gold casting as well as a flared base on the stiletto. Made in Italy, the shoe finds inspiration in a Salvador Dali artwork.
