ABBEVILLE, La. (KLFY) -- In Abbeville, voters elected a new Council person for District B.
In a close race with 50% for both candidates, Rachel Mouton and Francis Plaisance facing each other head to head. Francis Plaisance won the election by one vote with 153 votes.
