Chapter Text Tossing and turning beneath the bed sheets, the fabrics spread across the bed were holding on for dear life as the edges of the crumpled fabric struggled to remain in place from the shoves and kicks they were facing, it laid all ruffled like tossed, used tissue papers. Each one slowly losing its place as it lay abandoned and forgotten on the carpeted floors, only serving as rags than proper protection from the bitter cold. Creased and wrinkled beyond imaginable, they were descending at an improbable rate as the occupant of the bed refused to budge an inch off of the bed as they brutally tossed their blankets that worked so hard to keep them warm during the night. But, it had all but failed. The faint pounding ache at the back of their skull fogged their head in a mindless cloud, heavy and dull.
