Bicyclist injured following crash on Lower West Side

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A bicyclist suffered a leg injury Friday night after being struck by a vehicle on the Lower West Side, according to the Buffalo Police Department.
The incident happened at the intersection of Richmond Avenue and Summer Street around 8:40 p.m. An ambulance transported the bicyclist to ECMC for a non-life threatening leg injury. Police said the driver of the vehicle is cooperating.
The incident remains under investigation.
