'You look like you ate Governor Morrisey': RFK Jr. fat-shames Republican to his face
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. brought his "Make America Healthy Again" agenda to West Virginia, where he publicly fat-shamed its governor, calling for public weigh-ins and saying he told Gov. Patrick Morrisey, "You look like you ate Governor Morrisey."
Kennedy made the remarks Friday, which he told Morrisey, who was endorsed by President Donald Trump, he needed to lose 30 pounds and participate in a monthly "public weigh-in," Newsweek reported.
"I said to Governor Morrisey the first time I saw him, 'You look like you ate Governor Morrisey,'" Kennedy jabbed, recalling their first meeting in Florida. "There was a lot of talk about getting healthy again, and I'm very happy that he's invited me to be his personal trainer," Kennedy, the secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, joked, to laughs.

RFK was in the state Friday to celebrate its new law banning certain food dyes.
Kennedy continued to lay it on thick, joking that he was "going to put [Morrisey] on a really rigorous regiment," according to the Daily Mail. "And we're going to put him on a carnivore diet."
RFK then asked the crowd whether they wanted to see Morrisey perform a "public weigh-in once a month."
"We're going to make him do—raise your hand if you want Governor Morrisey to do a public weigh-in once a month. Then, when he's lost 30 pounds, I'm going to come back to this state and do a celebration and a public weigh-in with him," said Kennedy.
"You're welcome, Denise," Kennedy added, addressing Morrisey's wife.
Morrisey replied, "That may be a little more than I bargained for."
