My 13-year-old daughter found a BULLET in her Geography class – then the school blamed me
A MUM has been left stunned after her 13-year-old daughter brought home what appeared to be a bullet from school.
Simone explained that she’d been forced to call the police after her teenager showed her what she said she’d found on the floor of her Geography classroom in the secondary school she attends in Shropshire.
Holding up a clear food bag with what appeared to be a bullet inside it, Simone said in a video on her TikTok page: “It’s scary isn’t it, that in 2025 in England, your kids cannot go to school and be 100% safe.
“Because you never know, they could come home with one of these.
“My question is though, how the f**k does this get into a classroom?”
Simone added that she had initially thought the bullet was “fake”, but then spotted markings on it, which she searched for on the Internet, only to find that it was the “real deal”.
She then asked her daughter why she’d picked it up and brought it home, to which the Hamilton-obsessed teenager replied she had wanted use it in a reenactment of a scene from the political musical.
“Quite an eventful Wednesday evening, to say the least!” Simone continued.
“So yes, I’m now waiting for the police to come and collect this thing.
“To be honest, I do not want it in my house.”
She later returned to TikTok to share an update, as she said: “The police have confirmed that unfortunately it is a real bullet.
“They have said that it has been fired but we are all just confused like how it managed to make its way into my child’s school.”
But after speaking to the school, Simone was left fuming as she claimed they’d tried to turn the situation around to blame her daughter.
“They are more concerned that my daughter took it home and didn’t inform the teacher about it,” she said.
“However, my daughter didn’t even know it was a real bullet!
“I’m not going to stand back and allow that school to try and pass all the blame onto my child.
“They should be more concerned about how it even ended up in their school!”

After responding to Simone’s call, the police are further investigating at the school.
The mum said that the school is apparently claiming that it belonged to a student who had turned it into a keychain.
“I’m not sure why they think that makes it all ok because they’ve made it into a keychain?” Simone said.
“If I made a knife into a keychain, I bet they wouldn’t be ok with that.”
