Love Island fans warn Grace she’s ‘gone too far’ as she goes back to surgeon for more ‘tweakments’
GRACE Jackson has faced a huge backlash after fans warned she had “gone too far” with her latest cosmetic enhancements.
The Love Island All Stars beauty filmed a TikTok video showing her visiting the world’s most renowned aesthetics doctor, Dr Roshan Ravindran, known as Dr Rosh, for a “freshen up.”
Previously, The Sun revealed the tweakments the Manchester model opted for ahead of her show stint earlier this year.
The model treated herself to a seven-day Love Island ‘glow up’ prior to entering the show, including a visit to a filler doctor, getting a lash lift, and having ‘knockout’ hair extensions put in.
Yet now she has returned, telling the expert it had been “such a long time.”
In her video, Grace, 26, wore a white bandeau top and jeans as she sat in the consultant’s chair.
She told Dr Rosh: “I feel like I need a bit of a re-fresh,” before he interjected: “Loved up with Luca?”
Grace addressed the mention of her All Stars man and said: “Loved up with Luca,” to which he replied: “I can tell you’ve fallen hard.”
She then requested a “refresh for the face” and expressed concern for excess skin on my hooded eyes.”
Grace, who has masseter Botox, requested a top and said: “I’m getting my headaches again,” before Dr Rosh confirmed it had come out and would need a re-do.
Lastly, she said: “I am really struggling with my traps [trapezius muscles]” to which Dr Rosh said he could help.
Yet fans weren’t as convinced that she needed any tweakments at all.
One took to the comments section to write: “She needs to chill honestly. it’s barely been 3 months.”
Another mused: “This is too much, maybe top ups every 6 months makes sense but every 2-3 months is a bit…”
A third wrote: “When is enough enough, plus no-one will ever be perfect no matter what they get done.”
One added: “I loveeeee Grace but don’t think she needs anything!!!”

“She looks lovely.”

Meanwhile, the secrets behind Grace’s flawless skin were recently revealed.
SURGEON SPEAKS OUT
Dr Rosh has previously exclusively told The Sun about his connection with Grace.
He opened up on how they came to work together first, before she opted for her first treatment.
He explained: “When Grace came to work for me doing social media she was about 23-years-old, and she’d had nothing done at all.
“And even for the first year or 18 months or so she still didn’t get anything done, even though she was working in my clinic.
“But she wanted tear trough filler, and I can’t remember when exactly it was but she decided ‘I’m going to dip my toe in this and do it.’
“So we ended up doing tear trough for her, and it was such a great result.”
Talking of the backlash hurled at Grace online after she freshens up her loo, Dr Rosh shared his take.
He said: “Grace doesn’t find it difficult. She’s very strong emotionally so she’d just laugh at the backlash.”
