Love Island’s Samantha Kenny reveals the results of boob job after turning down All Stars
LOVE Island beauty Samantha Kenny has revealed the results of her boob job in a striking gym co-ord.
The influencer, 27, donned a bright red crop top and leggings, giving a glimpse of her new curves in her tight-fit attire.
The ITV2 matchmaking show star revealed she was in hospital last month undergoing the surgery.
Samantha opted for implants and an uplift after telling fans her boobs had “gone south.”
Now she has given the first glimpse of her new look as she took a stroll in the sunshine.
She padded around in a comfy pair of fluffy sandals and threw a bag over her shoulder.
Samantha pulled on a pair of sunglasses and left her blonde hair in loose waves over her shoulders as she headed to a Pilates class in Liverpool.
She flashed a smile as she made her way on-foot.
Back in February, Samantha gave a surgery update.
She said: “All done. Everything went very well.
“I can see them, only a little bit and everything is obviously swollen.”
Samantha, a former make-up artist, went on to praise hospital staff, adding: “I’m in a bit of pain. You know, yeah I am in pain.
“But I think the worst thing about it all is the anaesthesia.
“The nausea you get after it is, urgh. Like, when you come round, you’re high as a kite.”
Sitting on her bed in pretty pink pyjamas, Samantha said: “I’m not just getting an implant. I’m getting an implant and an uplift.
“Purely because at the age of 27, my boobs are are lot further down south than I’d like them to be.

2020 – The first ever winter Love Island saw Paige Turley and Finn Tapp crowned winners after falling in love on the show. STATUS: Broken up.
2019 – Series 5 saw Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague runners up to winners Greg O’Shea and Amber Gill, who met in the last few days of the series. STATUS: Broken up.
2018 – It wasn’t surprising fan favourites Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer won the show, as they were strong throughout. But sadly things didn’t last. STATUS: Broken up.
2017 – Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies had lots of ups and downs in the villa but went on to win. STATUS: Broken up.
2016 – Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde were together from the start of the series, and since they won the show they’ve had two kids and are married. STATUS: Still together.
2015 – Despite poor Jess Hayes being Max Morley’s second choice on the show, they did win – but they didn’t last as a couple. STATUS: Broken up.
“So we thought it was best that we did opt for the implant as well as the uplift.
“I’m only getting a 280CC which isn’t big at all. I am only small and I am only petite so I just wanted it to fit my frame.
“Plus, I want them to look natural-ish, but obviously I want you to be able to tell that I’ve had my boobs done.”
Recently, Samantha broke down in tears as she had her face filler dissolved as she continued with her image transformation.
NO ALL STARS COMEBACK
The 2024 Love Island star also ruled out appearing on the recent All Stars series as a bombshell, won by Gabby Allen and Casey O’Gorman.
Samantha said: “Definitely, definitely no All Stars for me this year and I’m quite glad I’m not in that villa.
“They’re all killing each other. No, I don’t think I could handle it. No, not for me.”
Samantha entered the Love Island villa last summer as one of the original islanders and was initially coupled up with hairdresser Sam Taylor.
But when celebrity bombshell Joey Essex entered the villa he chose to couple up with Samantha and Sam was dumped.
Samatha and Joey lasted two weeks but his head was then turned when his ex-girlfriend Grace Jackson walked through the door.
Samantha was left heartbroken – with her heartache playing out on-screen.
At the time, telly fans begged bosses to intervene after Grace’s arrival.
Yet she found herself being brutally dumped when Joey ditched her for Grace at a recoupling.
