How to get presale tickets to Lady Gaga’s Mayhem Ball tour
LADY Gaga’s highly-anticipated Mayhem Ball tour will undoubtedly be one of the biggest events of 2025.
Fans are understandably eager to secure tickets — here’s everything you need to know.
Lady Gaga has confirmed she’s embarking on a massive European and US tour beginning in September 2025.
On March 26, 2025, she took to Instagram to say: “I wasn’t planning to tour this year after my shows in Singapore but the incredible response to the new album inspired me to keep things going.
“It came together super quickly thanks to Arthur Fogel and the amazing team at Live Nation, who planned a global tour in just a few weeks.
“We chose arenas this time to give me the opportunity to control the details of the show in a way you simply can’t in stadiums — and honestly, I can’t wait.
“This show is designed to be the kind of theatrical and electrifying experience that brings MAYHEM to life exactly how I envision it.
“The MAYHEM Ball Tour is officially coming your way. See you soon, monsters.”
Mastercard holders presale (Europe)
For select European shows, Mastercard cardholders will have special presale access.
The Mastercard presale starts on Monday, March 31, 2025 at 12pm and ends on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 10pm.
This presale is available for shows in Sweden, Italy, the Netherlands, France and Belgium.
Citi cardholders (North America)
If you have a Citi credit or debit card, you’re in luck for the North American leg of the tour.
Citi cardholders will have exclusive presale access from March 31, 2025 at 12pm ET, which runs until April 2, 2025 at 11 am ET.
Most Citi credit and debit cards are eligible, except for corporate cards. No registration is required for this presale.
Verizon Access presale (North America)
Verizon customers can access an exclusive presale for US tour dates through Verizon Access.
It begins on Tuesday, April 1 at 12 pm ET until Wednesday, April 2 at 11 am ET.
Artist presale on Ticketmaster (North America)
Lady Gaga is also offering a fan presale for the US shows on Ticketmaster, which you can sign up to here.
The artist presale begins on April 2, 2025, at noon local time.
Fans can register for the pre-sale until Sunday, March 30 at 8am ET.
General sale
The general sale for all of the UK and European dates begins Thursday, April 3 at 12pm BST.
Tickets can be purchased through ladygaga.com and via Ticketmaster for EU and UK dates.
Preferred ticket access to some of the best tickets will also be available from Thursday 3 April at 12pm via Pricelessmusic.
Top tips
- Don’t wait until the morning of the sale to register — set up your account with the supplier ahead of time
- Don’t leave your account unverified — a phone number and passcode will need to be set up
- Avoid assuming your old account is active — if you already have an account, double check it is still working, your billing info is accurate and saved, and that you know the password
- Look out for poor internet connection — ensure your internet signal is strong
- Low batteries — check that the devices you are using are plugged in and/or fully charged
- Avoid refreshing the page while in the waiting room — ticketing sites use queuing systems where the page updates automatically, so once in the queue it’s advisable to wait and keep your fingers crossed

Pricing for Gaga’s Mayhem Ball Tour is yet to be confirmed.
Tickets for her last tour, 2022’s Chromatical Ball tour, ranged between £51.65 and £266.
There will also be a range of VIP packages available.
