Fatal fire in Colonie remains under investigation
COLONIE, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Two people have died in a structure fire early Wednesday morning, Village of Colonie Fire Chief Jeff Kayser confirmed to NEWS10. According to the fire department, the fire broke out at 39 Tanglewood Road.
Around 1:15 a.m., crews had the fire under control but were dealing with hot spots. Details surrounding the fire are limited as of 5 a.m.
Chief Kayser and fire investigators are expected back at the scene around 8 a.m.
