NYPD detective accused of driving with a suspended license: sources
QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) – An off-duty NYPD detective was arrested in Queens on Thursday, according to authorities.
Eric Blake, 46, was taken into custody around 10:45 p.m., police said.
He’s accused of driving with a suspended license and having a license plate on him that he was supposed to return, sources told PIX11 News.
Blake was charged with official misconduct, offering a false instrument for filing, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating without insurance, having an unregistered motor vehicle and a facsimile license plate, according to authorities.
