Editorial: Bypass momentum speeds forward
Bipartisan good sense has prevailed in the state Senate where by a unanimous vote the Ohio Department of Transportation and the Ohio Turnpike Infrastructure Commission have been ordered to jointly devise a plan to bypass the congested U.S. Route 23 corridor between Delaware County and the Columbus outerbelt.
