Italian restaurant in Guilderland closing after 18 years
GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- MezzaNotte Ristorante, located at 2026 Western Avenue in Guilderland, is closing its doors. Owner Connie Ware made the announcement in a Facebook post on Thursday.
"After 18 years of owning and running a successful restaurant, it's time to retire," said Ware. "I've loved serving and seeing the smiling faces that have visited us at MezzaNotte, and will miss the friendship and warmth shown to us by you wonderful people."
The Italian restaurant's last day of service will be Saturday, April 12. Gift certificates can be redeemed until then, said Ware. Those looking to dine-in before the closing date can call (518) 689-4433 for reservations.
"Many thanks to my hard working and caring staff, without whom we would not have achieved everything that we have," said Ware.
