Watch Leon Edwards’ UFC London media day get interrupted by hotel fire alarm
Leon Edwards’ UFC London media day scrum was like most of his UFC career to this point — never easy, and a longer road than expected.
Edwards faces Sean Brady in the main event of Saturday’s Fight Night card at the O2 Arena, and it serves as the first fight for “Rocky” since losing the welterweight title to Belal Muhammad at UFC 304 this past July.
During Edwards’ media day interview with on-site reporters, the hotel fire alarm went off multiple times, which Edwards took in stride. Check out some clips of the situation below, courtesy of MMA Crazy.

A win this Saturday would certainly keep Edwards in the championship conversation as he hopes to have the chance to regain the belt. The 33-year-old captured the title with a last-minute comeback knockout of Kamaru Usman at UFC 278 in August 2022, before going on to defend the belt successfully against Usman in their third fight seven months later at UFC 286, and Colby Covington at UFC 296 in December 2023.
