Minivan falls from elevated Portland structure onto SUV, person extricated from vehicle

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A person was extricated from a minivan that landed on its top on Thursday night, according to Portland Fire & Rescue.
The person was taken to a local trauma center.
Crews responded to the incident in the area of NE Sandy/NE 83rd just before 9 p.m.
PF&R believes that the minivan fell from an elevated structure and landed on an SUV in the parking lot below.
