A BEAUTY enthusiast has revealed that she loves being tanned but hates steaks, so found a super simple hack that has ‘saved’ her life.
Indi Miles, who has been fake tanning for a decade and even has her own tanning products that will make you look super bronzed, swears by a straightforward and very handy trick – and it’s great for those on a budget.
So don’t worry if your purse is feeling tighter than ever before, as you won’t have to splash out on any expensive products.
In fact, you may already have the secret in your cupboard – but if you don’t, you’ll be pleased to know that it’ll cost you just £1.
Posting on social media, the “pale skin girl” and founder of Romiie Tan, shared her tip to avoid patchy elbows and knees, and all you’ll need is talcum powder.
The red-haired beauty, who is from Australia, uploaded her short clip with the caption ‘Try it next time you tan!!’ and said: “I’ve been using this self-tanning hack for the past three years and it has saved my life.”
Indi advised: “Put baby powder in between your elbows, back of knees, in between your thighs.”
She then beamed: “Honestly, it’ll make a world of difference.”
Indi confirmed that once you have applied your fake tan, whether that’s a mousse or a cream, you then apply the talcum powder, which you can nab from many high-street stores, including Savers for just £1.
The beauty guru then stressed: “It’ll just dry it immediately and stop it from feeling tacky.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @romiietan, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly gone viral and racked up 1.3 million views.
Not only this, but it’s also amassed 13,700 likes, 211 comments and 3,828 saves.
Beauty enthusiasts were left beaming with the trick and eagerly flocked to the comments to express this.
