NCAA men’s tournament 2025: Full field revealed for one of the deeper seasons yet
Here are the full brackets ahead of the 2025 NCAA men’s tournament
If you are reading this, you are simply doing so on a break from your job, or in between classes, or during a down moment during your busy day. You are dedicated to your craft, of course, and you absolutely are not going to spend the next few weeks of your life glued to televisions and consuming nothing but college basketball.
Ok now that we have fooled everyone ...
The brackets have been released for the 2025 men’s NCAA basketball tournament, setting the stage for a capper to what has been a tremendous college basketball season. This year might have one of the deepest fields yet, with several teams capable of making a deep run through March and into April, and the Final Four which is set for the Alamodome in San Antonio.
Certainly upended expectations have helped propel this college basketball season into the stuff of legends. After winning back-to-back titles Connecticut looks like a longshot to secure their third consecutive championship. Several teams that were ranked inside the top ten in the preseason — including Kansas, North Carolina, and Baylor — are nowhere to be found in the current Top 25.
That has opened the door to some new teams aiming for Final Four glory.
Then there are the teams at the top of the pack, such as Duke, Auburn, Florida, Houston, Alabama, and St. John’s. All of those teams look primed for a deep run to San Antonio.
Of course, a Cinderella or two will pop up along the way. Akron and Drake seem to be some early selections in that category.
Before it all gets started, here is the full field ahead of the 2025 men’s tournament.
