Glenville police searching for missing vulnerable adult
GLENVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The Glenville Town Police Department issued an alert for a missing vulnerable adult on Sunday. John Molnar, 89, was last seen on Saturday in Glenville.
Molnar is described as a white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, about 140 pounds, with gray hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a fishing-style hat, blue jacket, gray shirt and blue jeans, police said.
Molnar was reportedly last seen on Glenridge Road on Saturday at 11:15 p.m. He was driving a 2024 gray Subaru Outback with New York registration LED-3150, police said.
He was also last seen with his son, 56-year-old John Molnar Jr., according to the department's report. Molnar Jr. is a white male with brown hair, blue eyes and is about 4 feet 10 inches, weighing about 160 lbs.
Molnar has memory loss and may be in need of medical attention, police said. Molnar reportedly has ties to Horseheads, New York and Rutland County, Vermont.
