Jacqueline Jossa’s family cuts ties with Dan Osborne as he moves out of the family home
JACQUELINE Jossa’s mum has cut ties with Dan Osborne following their split.
Selina – who is very close to her daughter – has unfollowed the former Towie star on social media in the wake of him moving out the family home.
Just four weeks ago, Selina appeared on friendly terms with Dan and even tagged him in a birthday post for her granddaughter Ella.
But fast forward to today and she is no longer connecting with him online – and he’s unfollowed her in return.
Her sister Katrina is currently still following Dan but has suggested in the past she keeps out of their marital issues.
Back in 2019, when Jaqueline appeared on I’m A Celebrity, Katrina cautiously told OK!: “We don’t get involved in their relationship but we’re happy if Jacqueline is happy. Everything seems great at the moment.”
While Selena added: “If she’s happy, we’re happy. We’ll always be there for Jac no matter what anyway.”
Their comments came as the actress threatened to leave I’m A Celebrity — which she went on to win — after campmate Myles Stephenson told her that he believed Dan had cheated on her with Gabby Allen.
She told producers that she did not want to continue on the show without talking to Dan and she was allowed to leave the jungle temporarily to send him a voicemail and receive one back.
Jacqueline then walked out on Dan in 2020 after she confronted him over a flirty message to Gabby, who apparently did not respond.
During that time, Selina showed her support for her daughter by sharing a meaningful post, which read: “Let’s teach our daughters it’s not about being beautiful. Teach them to be bold.
“Be silly. Be strong. Be confident. Be independent and intelligent.
“Be brave and be fierce. Be real in a world full of fakes. Let’s redefine beauty.”
The pair weathered a number of other scandals but yesterday it was revealed they had decided to split following eight years of marriage.
Jac, 32, has stayed in the couple’s home with their two daughters while Dan, 33, is living nearby.
A friend told The Sun on Sunday yesterday: “Jacqueline and Dan are on a break and are spending time apart from each other.
“It’s not been easy for them lately and they have made this difficult decision.
“Neither of them knows what is going to happen in the future, but for now they’ve decided living apart and taking a break from each other is what they need.”
