WHL: Oasiz Wiesblatt scores twice including OT winner to lift Tigers past Hurricanes
LETHBRIDGE, Alta. - Oasiz Wiesblatt capped a two-goal effort with the game winner 1:56 into overtime as the Medicine Hat Tigers edged the Lethbridge Hurricanes 6-5 on Friday in Western Hockey League action.
Liam Ruck, Tanner Molendyk, Gavin McKenna and Kadon McCann provided the rest of the offence for Medicine Hat (44-17-3-1), which extended its winning streak to seven games.
Harrison Meneghin made 31 saves in the win.
Kooper Gizowski and Miguel Marques, each with two goals, and Noah Chadwick scored for Lethbridge (41-19-3-2). Jackson Unger stopped 28-of-34 shots.
Down 3-1 entering the third period, the Tigers outscored the Hurricanes 4-2 in the third period. McCann's goal at 9:54 put Medicine Hat up 5-4 before Marques sent the game to extra time with his second goal at 13:24.

RAIDERS 4 REBELS 3 (OT)
RED DEER, Alta. -- Aiden Oiring completed his hat trick with the game-winning goal 4:10 into overtime to lift the Prince Albert Raiders to a 4-3 win over the Red Deer Rebels.
Niall Crocker also scored for Prince Albert (35-23-5-1). The game was tied 3-3 after the opening period and was scoreless until overtime.
Jaxon Fuder, Gleb Semenov and Kalan Lind replied for Red Deer (26-30-6-2).

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. -- Koehn Ziemmer scored both of his goals in the third period as the Prince George Cougars scored three unanswered in the final frame to defeat the Wenatchee Wild 4-2.
Matteo Danis and Riley Heidt also chipped in goals for Prince George (39-20-4-2).
Evan Friesen netted both goals for Wenatchee (23-34-7-1).
