Dueling Axes expanding with new location in Grove City
GROVE CITY, Ohio (WCMH) -- An axe-throwing bar and lounge based out of Ohio is expanding with a new location in Grove City.
Dueling Axes will be opening up inside the Grove City Lanes building at 3940 Broadway. The building formerly housed Zassy's Cocktail Lounge, which shut down in 2024 after five years of business. The company shared photos of construction progress made so far at the new location.
The new location is scheduled to open sometime in early 2025, according to the company website. Dueling Axes is known for axe throwing activities and entertainment, along with a full service bar and kitchen. Right now, the company has a handful of Ohio locations including Columbus, New Albany, inside Brewdog in Canal Winchester and is opening in Cincinnati.
Dueling Axes is also has an axe throwing trailer that's available to rent in Columbus and even a location across the country in Las Vegas. The entertainment centers cater to special group events and special occasions from corporate building and family outings, to bachelor and bachelorette parties, anniversaries and more.
