Hello Friends,
Nice day, apart from the 10-15 kts of SSE wind and the short period, dead south swell. It was 2.7 metres at 8 seconds out at sea as of 0800, but at Dee Why there were only inconsistent, junky waist to chest high little wind waves. Eminently skippable in my opinion.
I’m keen to see what the Goat thinks about our prospects. My quick take is that it looks like tomorrow morning could be alright and that we might have reasonable morning sessions through the weekend and into next week…

Weather Situation
A low pressure trough continues to move up the coast, bringing a gusty southerly change along the coast, while a high pressure system quickly pushing in along the coast in its wake. This change will arrive in the northern waters during this morning, with winds tending back to the east by the afternoon. A cold front will brush the south of the state during Friday, with a surge of southerly winds building along the coast. A high will build along the coast into the weekend, with winds tending back to the east.
