Tedeschi Trucks Band to perform at SPAC with Gov't Mule
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Blues rock group Tedeschi Trucks Band is set to co-headline a show at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) with Gov't Mule, another blues rock group. The concert will be on September 5 at 7:30 p.m.
Tedeschi Trucks Band was formed after Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks toured together in 2007 and combined their groups. In 2012, their debut album “Revelator” won the Grammy Award for Best Blues Album.
Gov't Mule formed in 1994 as a side project of the Allman Brothers Band. Gov’t Mule is best known for the songs “Soulshine” and “Banks Of The Deep End.”
Other New York shows include six shows at the Beacon Theatre in New York City and a performance at the Empower Federal Credit Union Amphitheater at Lakeview in Syracuse. The Syracuse show will include performances by Whiskey Myers.
