Holly Willoughby in first big TV interview since leaving This Morning as she promotes new reality show
HOLLY Willoughby’s first big TV interview since leaving This Morning will air this week.
The former daytime presenter, 43, will appear on The Graham Norton Show on Friday night.
The star’s brand new Netflix series with Bear Grylls will land on the streaming platform soon[/caption]Holly – who quit This Morning in October 2023 – hasn’t given television interviews since, until now.
She’ll appear on BBC chat show to promote her brand new Netflix reality show Bear Hunt, which stars Bear Grylls.
Holly and adventurer Bear, 50, filmed the brand new format last year in Costa Rica.
The Sun exclusively revealed the star-studded lineup which includes Strictly’s Shirley Ballas and rugby hunk Danny Cipriani.
Holly will appear on The Graham Norton Show alongside Hollywood A-lister Robert De Niro as well as music legend Elton John, who will perform with Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile.
Also on the red sofa is comedian Alan Carr ahead of the new series of Amanda and Alan’s Spanish Job.
Last week The Sun told how Bear Hunt was thrown into chaos after one star threatened to quit over ‘special treatment’.
Danny Cipriani is said believe “every decision” on the show was being made around host Holly.
A source said: “After working so hard to ditch his bad boy rep, Danny had been wary of signing up to a reality TV show – but this opportunity felt different.
“He’s a big fan of Bear Grylls and couldn’t wait to get out to Costa Rica, live in the wild and learn survival skills from the man himself.
“Danny seemed to think host Holly was getting special treatment and every decision was being made around her comfort.
“That’s to be expected for a host – after all, they have to film when she’s available and she’s the star of the show – but it really didn’t sit right with Danny – he’s been pretty open about his spiritual journey as of late and he’s all about things being fair and equal.”
The Graham Norton Show – Friday 7th February BBC One 10.40pm.
