Woman allegedly punches girl in the face in NYC subway station: police
MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- Police are on the search for a woman in connection to a random attack inside the 14th Street-Union Square subway station on Jan. 7.
The incident happened around 6:58 a.m. on a southbound platform.
A woman approached a 16-year-old girl standing on the platform and allegedly punched the girl in the face before fleeing, according to the NYPD.
EMS responded and treated the victim.
The NYPD released the following video surveillance of the suspect.
