Inside Grace Jackson’s 7-day Love Island ‘glow-up’ – with visit to filler doctor, lash lift & ‘knockout’ hair extensions
SHE’S the hot blonde who’s been chosen not once, but twice, to be the bombshell by Love Island.
And it’s no surprise – with her enviable body, golden locks and flawless skin, Grace Jackson certainly knows how to turn heads.
Grace Jackson is a bombshell on ‘Love Island: All Stars’ TV Show 2025[/caption]But those sizzling good looks don’t come overnight.
In fact, she even treated herself to a 7-day Love Island ‘glow up’ prior to entering the villa on Monday night.
This included a visit to a filler doctor, getting a lash lift, and having ‘knockout’ hair extensions put in.
Here, we take a dive into the 26-year-old’s beauty secrets and exactly how she managed to get herself camera ready.
Hair Care
Last week Grace headed to her “favourite salon ever” called Spectrum One and got a whole head of hair extensions added in.
Speaking to her 179,000 TikTok followers, she explained how it was an “overdue” trip and that she has been having their “hair extensions for years.”
Grace wears five packs of the 24” Spectrum One Invisible Tapes in shades Bora Bora, Frost and Polar Ash, which cost £126.
Founder of Spectrum One Hair Extensions, Katy Grimshaw, explains: “To create the perfect, upgraded blonde blend for Grace to re-enter the villa, we use three packs of Bora Bora, one pack of Frost, and one pack of Polar Ash, combining all five packs together.
“This can be done in multiple ways, but one of my favourite techniques is to sandwich the Invisible Tapes together to create a multi-tonal colour that matches Grace’s gorgeous blonde hair perfectly when brushed through.
“The Invisible Tapes have hair all the way to the top hiding the tape itself, making the colour and blend more seamless than ever.
“Whether Grace wants to wear her hair up or down in the villa, the extensions look like they’re growing out of her root – not a tape in sight.”
Styling
Grace also loves to wear her hair in an ultra sleek ponytail.
As the Invisible Tapes are so lightweight and thin, whilst still adding length and thickness, she can still wear a ponytail style even with a full head of extensions.
Katy explains the exact step by step to create Grace’s look so you can wear your hair in her signature style at home.
Grace had a full set of hair extensions added to her hair[/caption]She says: “We wash Grace’s hair with our brand new Spectrum One Shampoo and Conditioner to lock in moisture and hydration before blow-drying.
“We then use generous amounts of the Matrix Heat Protection Spray before sectioning Grace’s hair and curling it using the Hot Tools Curling Iron, making sure that all the curls are going in the same direction.
“This creates big, bouncy waves! Take smaller sections around the face, curl, and then pop them into big rollers to set them.
“Once they’ve cooled, remove the rollers and finish with O&M’s Original Queenie Hairspray for flexible hold, and O&M’s Frizzy Logic Shine Spray to make Grace’s blonde really shiny and luminescent.”
Fitness
She got bikini ready by working on her glutes[/caption]Now that Grace is in sunny South Africa for Love Island All Stars, she will be spending most of her time baring all in a string bikini.
Which meant that focusing on her body before heading to the villa was one of her top priorities.
Speaking on TikTok a week prior to heading into the villa, Grace said: “So, every day was glute day because your girl’s back in a bikini.”
The video first showed Grace doing a Dumbbell single leg bench squat, before then doing the bent-over barbell row.
She finished her glute workout with a single leg back extension whilst using a weight to work on her strength.
Filler Touch Ups
Next on her list was to get some tweakments done with The Cosmetic Doctor, Dr. Roche.
While it’s unclear exactly what Grace had last week, she previously saw Dr. Roche for tear trough filler, among other procedures in her chin and cupids bow.
In the UK, the cost of dermal fillers varies depending on the amount needed. For the tear trough, fillers can start from £349.
For lip shaping and plumping, prices range from £99 to £349, and for the chin, cheeks, and deep lines, it can vary between £249 and £499.
To complete her facial routine at home, Grace revealed that she also uses an infrared mask every single night, which costs between £120 and £400.
Makeup
Grace likes to opt for a more natural look when it comes to her makeup[/caption]Prior to heading into the villa, Grace had two tweakments which she is “obsessed” with.
She had her brows laminated, which costs between £30 and £100, and a lash lift, costing between £30 and £150.
Speaking previously to Heat World, Grace also revealed her favourite £9.50 Amazon buy.
The L’Oreal Glotion is a BB cream in Medium Deep which she claims has “changed her life.”
She said: “You know when you want to go grab a coffee but you want a little bit of something on your skin? I absolutely love that.”
The Love Islander also revealed how she loves a “natural look” and is a bit of a “dewy girl” who doesn’t like “too heavy glam even at night.”
She explained that she “pretty much” does the same make-up all the time, but may go a “little heavier on the eyes” on special occasions.
