BGT star Tom Ball reveals his wife has given birth to first child as he shares newborn’s sweet name
BRITAIN’S Got Talent star Tom Ball and his wife Hannah have welcomed their first baby together.
Singer Tom, 26, announced the happy news that their “miracle baby” had arrived.
Taking to Instagram, the new dad shared a slew of snaps of his baby daughter and his wife.
The singer also talked about how their little girl was a “miracle” following a long IVF journey.
Naming her Adeline, he wrote next to the sweet snaps: “SHE’S HERE!
“Hannah and I are so overjoyed to welcome ‘Adeline Hope Ball’ to our World!
“Born on the 15th at 00:00, weighing 7Ibs 5oz both Hannah and Adeline are happy, healthy and I’m so proud and in awe of the both of them.
“We’re absolutely bursting with love, and the middle name ‘Hope’ reflects everything our little miracle has given us throughout a long, difficult journey.
“IVF has now changed our life and we’re so thankful to have our beautiful little girl.
“Honestly, it’s our dream come true #IVFjourney#Family
“With an epic tour and album inbound fast, I’m taking a small break from socials to enjoy this gorgeous baby bubble and moment with my girls.”
The proud father ended the lengthy post with: “We have a baby girl!!!”
Fans were quick to congratulate the couple, with one commenting: “Welcome to the World Sweet Adeline!!!”
Another added: “Congrats Tom and Hannah!! We’re full of love for you all!”
And a third penned: “So pleased for you guys, what a beautiful name Adeline Hope…just lovely.”
Tom previously announced last September that they were expecting their first child.
He told his fans that Hannah had fallen pregnant via IVF following a long fertility journey.
He said on Instagram: “ BIG NEWS! Hannah and I are overjoyed to announce we’re expecting our first child!
“Our little miracle is due January next year and we’re already bursting with love.
“After a long, difficult journey, and becoming successful with IVF, we’re so thankful and excited for this new chapter. Honestly its our dream come true.”
Tom made it to the final of Britain’s Got Talent in 2022. The following year, he tried his luck on America’s Got Talent: All Stars in the US.
The singer, who married wife Hannah in October 2022, had been working as a secondary school teacher before getting his big break.
In an interview with Mail Online, Tom previously spoke about his and Hannah’s struggle to conceive naturally.
He told the publication: “When the NHS told us that the chances of IVF working was so low that they didn’t think it was a good use of their money we were devastated.
“This really is our miracle baby – and I can’t stop saying it. We are both over the moon.
“It all just feels like one big miracle, our miracle baby, and I’m not taking any of it for granted. We are just so happy.”
Hannah, meanwhile, has since said: “IVF has been a journey filled with challenges and moments of hope.
“It’s tested our strength, but knowing our tiny miracle is on its way makes it all worthwhile. We can’t wait to meet our little one!”
