THE stress of being on trial for murder takes its toll on Sonia Fowler as she becomes increasingly anxious about her pregnancy in EastEnders.
Sonia’s trial for Debbie’s murder continued in tonight’s EastEnders – but events took a dangerous turn.

As he campaigned for Sonia’s innocence, she faced the challenges of experiencing her pregnancy behind bars.
In dramatic court scenes, a witness from Debbie’s care home gave damning evidence against Sonia, claiming she was “hostile” shortly after visiting Debbie.
Reiss’ emotional outbursts in court began drawing attention to himself, adding to Sonia’s stress as she begged him to stop.
However, the pressure became too much for Sonia, and she suddenly collapsed, leaving everyone stunned.
Reiss was hysterical as Jack and Martin tried to restrain him, while others rallied around Sonia and called for an ambulance.
As Sonia goes to hospital for a baby scan, she makes a huge decision as she fears for her baby’s life.
Sonia’s lawyer informed Reiss that she intends to change her plea to guilty, leaving him shocked and desperate.
Reiss pleaded with her to make her reconsider, begging her to change her mind.
But will Sonia go through with her plan?
Elsewhere, Cindy still fears her attacker is out to get her after a brick and a threatening note was thrown in her window.
While the rest of her family shut her out, Ian paid her a visit and comforted his terrified and lonely ex-wife.
He decided to ask her to move in with him so he could keep her safe and protect her.
Cindy thanked him and apologised for cheating on him.
