Taylor Swift Heads to Dinner With Her Parents in Chloe Eve Thigh-High Booties in New York
Taylor Swift was spotted flying solo grabbing dinner at Nobu yesterday in New York. The musician was joined by her mother Andrea Swift, and father, Scott Swift.
The “Blank Space” songstress took the Big Apple by storm in a pair of Chloe Eve thigh-high boots. Retailing for $2,090, the designer pick featured shiny black calfskin uppers in a tube-like shape that harkened back to styles from the 70s.
Sheepskin lining reinforced the style, keeping the pop star’s feet nice and warm. Sharp almond-shaped toes gave way to stiletto-esque heels standing at 3.3 inches, creating the subtle illusion of height and length.
Criss-crossing black leather lacing can be found at the back of the shoe, creating an adjustable fit. Sheer tights accompanied the thigh-high pair. Chloe’s Eve style also comes in a “Clay Brown” colorway. Taylor is and will always be a lover of thigh-high styles.
Given her height, the star likely favors the leg-climbing silhouette because it creates the illusion of longer legs. Similar thigh-high booties to Taylor’s own can be shopped via brands like Amina Muaddi, Khatie, Paris Texas and Jimmy Choo, among others.
The “Love Story” singer went for a monochrome moment to match her footwear, sporting a black and silver chain-embellished set from Area. The set included a cropped blazer and a miniskirt. Taylor accessorized with a Jimmy Choo clutch and Chanel jewelry.
When it comes to her footwear style, Taylor’s red carpets and onstage performances often include pumps, sandals and tall boots from brands like Christian Louboutin, Aldo, Chloe Gosselin, Sophia Webster, Aquazzura and more.
While off-duty, the singer-songwriter goes for Birkenstock sandals, ankle boots from Christy Dawn and Ugg, as well as Nike and Golden Goose sneakers. She has also been seen out in platform boots and heels while with Kelce over the past few weeks.
