I had sex with my best mate’s DAD who I lived with at school – I was addicted but now he’s giving me away at my wedding

A YOUNG woman has revealed that she lived with her friend and his dad whilst at school – and throughout the years, ended up sleeping with him on numerous occasions. 

But now, the anonymous woman is having nightmares, as the older man will be giving her away at her wedding – and her partner has no clue about their history.

Keen to open up on the unique situation, the woman took to social media to reveal all.

Posting on Reddit, on the r/confessions thread, the woman titled her post ‘I slept with my best friend’s dad more than 20 times, five years on, she is my bridesmaid and he will be giving me away!’

The woman confessed that she is “going mad” at feeling unable to get things off her chest, as she penned: “Wedding planning, for those who’ve experienced it, is stressful as f***. Already having my first nightmares with more than five months still to go.”

Sharing some context on the situation, she wrote: “When I was younger I was a top student, loved school and worked really hard. Good exam results at GCSE, estimated straight As for A-levels and had a good university offer.

“That was before my parents finally gave up pretending I mattered to them more than their hatred of each other. Long story short, my school attendance went to s***, I became the worst type of s***, failed all my exams.

“Over the summer (of hopelessness) I was lost. In the end I let my one close friend drag me to her house and I practically moved in. 

“Not that my parents cared. I’d go home every now and again for more clothes or belongings and they’d not even notice.

“She and I had been really close through school and I should have turned to her sooner but I was insistent to myself that I wouldn’t drag her down with me.”

The woman explained that her pal’s dad was everything she wished her own father could be, as she continued: “He took me into his home that summer and treated me like I mattered.

“He cared for me enough that he would tell me to do things I didn’t want to with regards to my future. I respected him and accepted his punishments when I was a b***h and felt terrible if I let him down.

“Sure it was only six weeks or so but that period felt like it was my real childhood and the s*** at home was some long forgotten dream.”

But fear soon set in for the woman, when her friend, Lisa, and her dad, were due to go away on holiday.

Scared that she would be asked to go back home to her real family, the woman shared: “As the day got horribly and horribly closer I was really upset and didn’t really feel they were understanding of how much I hated the idea of going home. 

“I felt so stupid when he called me into the kitchen and began to explain where the keys were for this and that, where the emergency numbers were. I cried. 

“He not only was letting me stay in his house but hadn’t even considered the idea of kicking me out. I had never felt more like someone loved me than then.”

But things all changed when they returned from holiday and Lisa went off to university.

She admitted: “It was October and several weeks had passed of me and ‘Dad’ living together without his actual daughter. One night ‘Dad’ cooked me dinner yet again, as he did every night, but this time we drank.

“We got through the first bottle together, all nice and fancy. By the second I was convincing him to get online dating. He was laughing and saying no one would want an old man. 

“I said he was wrong. I wanted him. I put my slightly drunk hand on his crotch. He was hard.

“This isn’t gone wild so suffice to say he took me to his bed and f****d me. The next morning we f****d again, sober. I called him “Daddy” and it was the best sex I’d ever had.”

And things continued to go to the next level, as she confessed: “Over the next month we shared a bed every night and had more sex. Sometimes I felt terrible for seducing him but I was utterly addicted.

“As Easter approached we both began to come to the same conclusion, we were f*****g because we lacked something, not because we would in any way work as a couple. 

“We dialled back the sex and f****d for the last time the night before my friend was back.

“We had somehow managed to come out with a really strong relationship, albeit a now non-sexual one. He still let me sleep in his bed when I was sad but it was strictly clothes on.”

But after going to university herself, the Reddit poster opened up on getting married and her now slightly awkward situation.

She beamed: “Six months into Uni, after refusing all things dating-related, I finally let Lisa set me up with someone. 

“Come July I will be married to him. My best friend will be my one and only bridesmaid, my ‘Dad’ will be giving me away and neither of my biological parents will be invited.”

Meanwhile, someone else penned: “Good luck. I feel sad for ‘Dad’.”
