Pens Points has the headlines from what was a quiet day for the Penguins until it wasn’t.
With two days off before heading to the road, Wednesday served as a practice day for the Pittsburgh Penguins at UPMC 66 in Cranberry. Typically, these days are quiet in terms of news surrounding the team, but that calm only lasted until about lunch time when the Penguins pulled the trigger on a surprising, but welcome, roster move.
