Sleeping like a ‘vampire’ & a £1.50 cream she raves is ‘all you need’ – Love Island star Ekin Su’s flawless skin secrets

SHE’S the first bombshell to shake things up in the Love Island All Stars villa, and Ekin Su Cülcüloğlu is already making waves.

With her toned legs, glossy brunette hair, and radiant complexion, it’s easy to see why all eyes are on the 30-year-old star. 

The Love Island series 8 winner – who famously took home the crown with her ex, Davide Sanclimenti – looks as flawless as ever.

Her secret? A combination of a healthy diet, bold facials, and a surprising beauty bargain – a £1.50 cream.  

Here, we take a look at the reality star’s skincare routine which is nothing short of legendary.

Hair care 

Looking like she always has a fresh blowdry doesn’t come without any effort for Ekin Su, she has a step-by-step routine – and it’s more than just shampooing. 

She revealed that she uses heat protection, and in order to control frizz, she puts in all the oils and makes sure to blow-dry her hair. 

The reality star also uses Colour Wow Extra Mist-Ical Shine Performance Enhancing Spray, £28 from Amazon, which gives her her ridiculously glossy hair. 

Speaking to Hello! Magazine, she said: “Hair is the most important thing for a woman.” “If your hair is sexy, then you’re sexy.”

Affordable Skincare 

When it comes to anti-ageing, Ekin Su believes everyone should start their skin routine young. 

She said: “Start when you are 15. The younger you start, the better you can prevent premature aging.” 

Ekin Su uses a scrub once a week, a Kiehl’s overnight firming mask every day, and a £1.50 Nivea cream from Amazon. 

She added: “For women who can’t afford high-end products, even Nivea. Get the basics – toner, moisturiser, and night cream. That’s all you need.”

She also believes that it doesn’t have to cost the earth.

Speaking to Heat magazine, she said: “I used to love high-end products like La Mer but then I realised it’s not all about how much money it is. 

“Sometimes I go to my local Boots and pick up some Nivea cream, and it works really well.

“I use the Nivea Crème Moisturiser Cream and you’ll be surprised, it’s the same formula used in the high-end products, it all comes from the same factory.”

The Glow

Ekin Su’s glow isn’t just about piling on potions and lotions – it starts from the inside out.

She revealed the key to her radiant skin is to focus on “the basics,” like staying hydrated and drinking plenty of water. 

Pair that with a healthy diet, and it’s clear her beauty routine is as balanced as it is effective.

Ekin Su adds: “Also make sure that you’re not just applying make-up onto dirty, oily-based skin. 

“Make sure you use a cleanser and toner, and exfoliate once a week – it doesn’t matter what products you use, just get into a good routine.” 

Vampire Sleeping

Ekin Su takes her skincare so seriously, it even influences how she sleeps.

The reality star told Heat: “Basically, if you sleep on three pillows at night, you get a cricked neck. 

“If you sleep on your left or right it will crease your skin and you will age more, so you need to sleep on your back with no pillow like this.” 

She then mimicked sleeping “like a vampire” as her perfect technique.

Facials

And when it comes to a more professional approach to skincare, Ekin Su lets the experts take charge as she’ll try to regularly get a facial in as they are “important.” 

Ekin Su swears by Hydrafacials as they “really help to remove the dirt from your pores.”

She added: “There’s only so much you can do at home with a cleanser; you need to invest in facials to get that done.”

Fitness

There’s no denying that Ekin-Su has a fantastic body, and her chosen workout appears to be toning.

She includes incorporating heavy weights into her fitness routine.
