A YOUNG woman has shared how she grabbed a bagful of freebies on her birthday.
Yaz Moore, from the UK, took to social media to show off the haul of goodies and people couldn’t believe just how much she got.
In the clip, she said: “Come with me to find all of the free gifts you can get on your birthday.
“The first free treat we’re getting is from Krispy Kreme, and you actually get a free donut of your choice.”
Yaz was spoilt for choice but decided on the Cinnamon Toffee Apple doughnut which usually costs £4.
Now she had eaten, Yaz could go on to find more freebies for her birthday.
Yaz was able to get £64 worth of free food and beauty products by signing up for brand apps and newsletters, which in return gifted her with free items on her special day.
Next Yaz found an Auntie Anne’s pretzel stand where she was able to pick up a £5.80 pretzel for free.
Ahe then mad eher way to M&S to use the free gift on he rSparks app.
The gift can vary from person to person but Yaz was in luck as she had the choice of a cake or cupcakes to pick from which cost £4 each.
Yaz settled on the rainbow sprinkle cupcakes before heading to the next store, Rituals.
While you do have to buy something at the store to get your free gift, it was still worth doing.
Yaz picked the Ritual’s foaming shower gel as her treat which usually costs £.9.90.
She continued: ” Secured the free gift, we’re now off to Hotel Chocolat and you can get a £5 off voucher for your birthday.”
Yaz picked up some more chocolate for her velvetiser before heading to Space NK.
Signing up for the beauty store means you get three mini products for three on your birthday and includes brands like Sol de Janeiro, Paula’s Choice and Tatcha, meaning you can get 330 worth of goodies for free.

After all that shopping, Yaz was clearly parched and headed to Gail’s Bakery to pick up a free iced matcha before heading to Greggs for an apple turnover.
In total, she managed to grab £64 worth of goodies for free.
She said: ” That is everything you can get for free on your birthday.
“This was so fun. I feel like I picked up so many things.”
The clip posted to her TikTok account @yazmooremakeup went viral with over 649k views and people were shocked by the goodies she got.
One person wrote: “How do you get the birthday cake from M&S?”
Another commented: “You can get a free Costa sweet treat too. And a free box of Lindor from the Lindt shop.”
“Free is my favourite price!!” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “Omg! My birthday was on the 11th January! I’ve missed my chance on all these treats! I’ll have to wait for next year.”
“The M&S one varies – I got grapes,” claimed a fifth.
