EastEnders fans spot massive blunder as Denise sneaks out of fire exit – did you see it?
EASTENDERS viewers have called out a huge blunder after Denise Fox made a hasty exit this week amid her steamy affair with Ravi Gulati.
Since the end of last year, fans of the BBC soap have watched as Denise and Ravi continue to get closer with each other with the pair left lusting over one another at every given opportunity.
Fans noticed a major blunder on this week’s EastEnders[/caption] A fire exit door which Denise quietly escaped through read that it was ‘alarmed’[/caption]So far, they have managed to keep their romance mostly underwraps.
Denise has major concerns about her family’s reaction to the news she is dating the hunky restaurant owner given their fractious history and him previously romancing her daughter, Chelsea.
Despite this, the passion-fulled relationship was almost exposed as Denise and Ravi attempted to get intimate in Walford East’s kitchen as her family enjoyed the birthday celebrations for Denise’s son Raymond just meters away.
Whilst getting handsy, Denise and Ravi heard Chelsea approaching the kitchen from outside, forcing Ravi to spring into action and head out.
As Chelsea insisted she must take something into the kitchen, it seemed it was game over as Ravi panicked she would walk in on her mum.
However, in a twist of fate, Denise had disappeared after seemingly legging it out of the fire exit door.
But this move raised major eyebrows among EastEnders fans who noticed a glaring blunder with what she had done.
The fire exit door in question was blazoned with a huge sign reading: “Fire exit only – this door is alarmed.”
It meant that if the sign were true, Denise’s quick escape should have caused a whole lot more commotion.
After witnessing the blunder, one fan mused: “You would have thought the Director would have noticed?”
Despite all her efforts, Nugget eventually caught his father and Denise in an embrace in the kitchen later on that day anyway.
Denise and Ravi’s romance also looks set to take centre stage during the show’s live episode next month.
Fans will get the power to decide whether Denise Fox reunites with estranged husband Jack or picks secret lover Ravi Gulati instead in an interactive Walford first.
For the first time ever, as part of the show’s 40th birthday celebrations, viewers get to vote for their choice of outcome, which will be revealed during a special live episode in anniversary week.
Last year, Denise and Jack’s tumultuous marriage finally fell apart when it was revealed that he’d been having an affair with Stacey Slater.
